Social, Work and Organizational Psychology

Social, Work and Organizational Psychology Graduate Program (Master's and Doctoral Degrees)

Program Description

The Graduate Program in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology (PSTO) is built on a vast accumulated experience as a concentration area (Social, Work and Organizational Psychology) of the extinct PPG-Psychology of the University of Brasilia, and in the research and postgraduate experience built by its teachers. The Program is guided by the following aspects: assessment of the current scenario; study of relationships at work and in society; international interinstitutional partnerships and knowledge production in methods and social psychology to support various applications.

The PSTO Masters aims to train professionals capable of conducting research and teaching, based on ethical principles and the theoretical and methodological foundations of social psychology, work and organizations. The doctoral program differs from the Master's degree in the higher degree of autonomy and originality required in carrying out research.
